Bags packed, house cleaned, itinerary left with kids, house-sitter and Jon's office, luggage in car... As Jon and I crossed Lexington Ave in Asheville for lunch at Bouchon's Street Cafe, he asked "Are we tourists yet?" - and I knew our trip had started. We picked up some Ambien from a good friend to help with the trans Atlantic flights and headed toward Knoxville Airport where we're spending the night. On the way we stopped at The Crown and Goose in downtown Knoxville for an Irish beer to mark St. Patrick's day.
I've done a Perelandra Soil-less Garden process for this trip and it's fun seeing how that is unfolding already - the last minute offer of Ambien being a piece.
Not quite sure how I feel about blogging, so we'll see. If I can figure out how to upload photos - that would be an enticement...
